start the design of your project.

We meet to discuss your wish list, design goals,
budget requirements and timeline. The road ahead can be
scary, so we provide you with all the information you need
to navigate the next steps with confidence. We break down
the project into digestible pieces of information, so it's clear
how we move forward together. A design contract is executed
at this stage, as we move into finalizing your conceptual design.

Custom or Pre-designed
It's Your Choice

Our team prepares a comprehensive design
that includes the necessary components to
complete your project; Site Plans, Elevations, 3d Visualizations
and Floorplans. Once approved by you, we move
to a design development phase and coordinate with
Engineering to complete the construction document package.

Site Work Costs &
Team Selection

Now that we have engineering, site costs are bid
and specialty contractors selected if required. 
With the final team in place, we tighten up final 
construction budgets and timelines, and begin
thinking about the logistics of your project.
We welcome the opportunity collaborate with client
chosen contractors and architects.  A construction
contract is now executed to move into permit stage.

This is where we begin to differentiate from the
typical timeline. We package and submit the documents
to a dedicated 3rd party agency, that is focused on your
project only until permits are in hand. This approach can 
save upwards of 6 months in some cases, and allows us
to schedule your project with confidence.

Interior Design Adds
Life to Your Space

Now for the fun stuff. Selecting interior fit & finish
is arguably the most important & rewarding phase of 
the project. Our packaged or custom designed spaces allow
for greater flexibility in both style and budget. Your Project
Manager works closely with you to help make the 
best choices, while respecting budgets and timelines
defined in your contract.

& Production
Begins

Setting a Solid
Foundation

Site work includes demolition, excavation, and foundation
work as well as any installation below ground.

Consecutively we begin manufacturing your structure 
at our offsite indoor facility. This dramatically reduces
production time, minimizes impact on the jobsite,
and allows us to streamline construction with our routines
and quality control standards.
